Corporate Socialism -- Taxpayer Alert 2 !!!
Corporate Socialism promotes the spending of tax revenues for purpose of subsidizing the development industry. The Commissioners in Black (ALBION & HALL) perform their duties by raising gas taxes, sales taxes, and property taxes. Such paladins at the state legislature are presently in the process of inventing brand new taxes, such as taxes on the sale of private homes (transfer taxes) and taxes on the very water you drink. They also interfere in local community plan groups for the so called betterment of the county.
In return, the super-heroes are bankrolled by builders, developers, bankers, and realtors.
The Citizens need to stand up and take action and stop these Commissioners in Black.

KEY ISSUES For Tammara "Tammy" Hall for her webite
As your County Commissioner Tammy Hall will continue to roll up her sleeves and work hard with you to ensure our community’s quality of life.
Tammy is accustomed to public service and hard work to make positive changes.
Our community is facing difficult challenges with our fast growth. We must insure that the future of Lee County continues to improve the quality of life by reaching a balance between development, environment, and community livability.
Commissioner Tammy Hall said "We have to sit back and take a realistic look at the future. Lee County's No. 1 in septic tanks right now and we have to do something."
Tammy has experienced the results of reaching out to the community for involvement in redevelopment and revitalization issues. Tammy knows we can be proactive in our future growth by continuing to encourage citizens to be a part of the process and ensure they won’t become a victim of the process.
70% of 2004 Tammy Hall's election funds come from developments and real property fields
Tammy is about people and working with the community, exchanging diverse ideas to ensure that our future is a place where our children and their children can enjoy the same quality of life as we have today but even better.
Ms. Hall likes to try to quite down community activists for her own agenda -------
An average of 18,000 new residents moves to Lee County annually. Forbes Magazine ranked Fort Myers/Cape Coral 5th among the Top 150 Cities for job growth in 2003. Money Magazine has selected Fort Myers/Cape Coral as the 6th Best Place to live in America out of the 300 largest metro areas in the United States. The U.S. Census indicates Lee County is among the 100 fastest growing counties in the nation.
Smart Growth must be embraced to allow our community to be prepared for the growth we are going to continue to experience. The goal of Smart Growth is to have balance between community livability, economic viability and environmental sensitivity. A key element to Smart Growth is proactive, inclusive, community-supported growth management.
Lets see -- Since she been on the County Commissioner she has approved 85% OF THE REZONING CASES IN LEHIGH ACRES --- Making the community of Lehigh Acres loses 65% of its commerically zoned areas to residental planned developments
One of the basic principals of Smart Growth is the involvement of the community in growth management decisions and in the visioning process to define the future of Lee County. This Community Vision process will require Lee County government leadership to collaborate with businesses, citizens and other governmental entities.
Smart Growth will touch on all of the critical issues facing Lee County, transportation, environmental issues including water quality, density, health care and more. The key to finding solutions to these challenges is positive proactive leadership. Tammy has proven her leadership skills and consensus building ability. She will work for you and make sure that you are part of the process and have a voice in our future.
